And what Brisi says is correct if you never done missions for the Theology Councel and you join Micang's corp you automaticly get the same standing as the corp 8+ :) and have the ability to set jumpclone. It works, i can promise that and the cost are not that high. Some alliances charge 50 mil to set a jumpclone and you have to be in 0.0....this service is in empire :). You can check my employment history and it will show that i was in dark reality for a couple of hours and rejoined my old corp yesterday.

The only thing a character need is the skill infomorph psychology, advised to train it up to lvl3 so you can set 3 jumpclones. The jumpclones you make in the theological council stations in Amarr space. But after you made you jumpclones you can fly them anywhere and leave them in any station even in stations without medical.
